Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankCiter, a reporting service operated by Farrukh Bilal (Pakistan). By using RankCiter you agree to them.

The service

RankCiter creates SEO reports from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data you are authorized to access, and runs AI visibility checks based on questions you provide. AI-generated summaries, answers and recommendations can contain mistakes; review them before sharing with clients or acting on them.

Your account

• You must have permission to access the Google properties you connect, including client properties.
• You are responsible for the team members you give access to and for keeping your account secure.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or resell it without our written permission.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record.
• Plans include the usage limits shown on the pricing page. We may ask you to move to a higher plan if usage goes beyond them.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Founding prices stay locked as described in your offer.

Your data

You and your clients own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our product

The RankCiter software, design and brand belong to its operator. These terms do not give you ownership of them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep RankCiter available, but the service depends on third-party providers and is offered "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service and cancel at any time.
