Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with RankCiter. If it isn't right for your agency, here is how refunds work.

First payment

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions about which features you used.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

Problems on our side

If a major outage or billing error affects you, contact us and we will make it right with a credit or refund.

How to ask

Email hello@rankciter.com from your account email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
